Privacy
Simulise processes privacy-sensitive or personal information.We respect the privacy of visitors and users and ensure that the personal information you give us is treated confidentially. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us. Our processing takes place in accordance with the requirements of privacy legislation.

Simulise uses the processor agreement drafted based on the terms agreed upon in the privacy covenant: www.privacyconvenant.nl or SURF’s model.
Data limit
Simulise has NO data limit for posting files, videos or images.
We think it is more important for students to build a good portfolio than to keep an eye on whether someone exceeds a limit. In consultation with schools, we do set an upload limit for such things as videos. However, this is more important for schools in relation to their own network.
Availability
Simulise is actually always online. In recent years, we have always been online and thus available. However you know; the past is no guarantee of the future. However, we do, of course, do everything we can to keep that percentage high.

Technical Information
Microsoft
Simulise offers integration with Microsoft for Single Sign On with the school’s Microsoft Office 365 account. Any user with a Microsoft account from school can then log into Simulise or no longer need to log in if already logged into Microsoft.
There is also integration with Microsoft OneDrive. This allows files to be posted to the portfolio directly from Microsoft OneDrive.
Simulise offers integration with Google for Single Sign On with the school’s Google account. Any user with a Google account from school can then log into Simulise or no longer need to log in if they are already logged into Google.
There is also integration with Google Drive. This allows files to be placed into the portfolio directly from Google Drive.
Knowledge Network Entrance
Simulise offers integration with Kennisnet Entrance Federation for Single Sign On with the school’s account. Any student with a school or Kennisnet Entree account can then log in to Simulise or no longer need to log in if already logged in at school.
SURFconext
Simulise offers integration with SURFconext for Single Sign On with the school’s account. Any user with an account from school can then log into Simulise or no longer need to log in if already logged in.
